The Hospital resilience project aims to develop the hospital resilience assessment framework and criteria to support the health infrastructure in Kochi Municipal Corporation- primary health centres and community health centres including government and private hospitals.
A team from German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and c-hed visited various hospitals in and around the city to understand the hospital’s ability to effectively respond to, recover from, and continue providing uninterrupted access and services before, during, and after disasters or extreme events.
